The biggest challenge to overcome if we are going to build a designated indoor pickleball facility is the upfront costs to secure real estate and construct the building. The goal is to partner with the State College pickleball community to crowd fund the initial construction costs.

After construction is completed, the indoor pickleball facility will have monthly operating costs including heating/cooling, lighting, janitorial services, property taxes, etc. To ensure long-term success, the facility will be financed by monthly membership fees similar to the common gym. Any contributions to the crowdfunding project will be credited towards future membership fees.
In addition, members who contribute to the crowdfunding project will receive a 20% discount when paying with credits.

You are excited about having an indoor pickleball facility nearby and you are interested in being a founding member. You evaluate your current financial situation and determine that you could donate $1,000 toward the initial construction costs. After reaching our financial goal, constructing the building, and opening the facility to members, you decide to upgrade your free membership to the Basic Membership at $40 per month. When you log into your account, you will see that you have $1,000 in credits from your initial donation. If you choose to pay for your monthly membership fee of $40 with your donation credits, you will only have to pay $32 per month since your credits qualify for a 20% discount on any fees. This means that a $1,000 donation toward initial construction costs will earn you 2 years and 7 months of Basic Membership to the facility!

Centre Court Pickleball LLC will be accepting donations on our GoFundMe page from October 26, 2025 through February 23, 2026.
No funds will be removed from the GoFundMe account until the full amount required to construct the facility has been reached. You can request a refund through GoFundMe here.
In the event that not enough funds are raised by February 23, 2026, then all donations will be reimbursed in full from the GoFundMe platform.

Please note that by clicking the button below, you are acknowledging that your are donating funds with the full understanding that you will be reimbursed with experiences in the form of access to the indoor pickleball facility as explained above. Donations to Centre Court Pickleball LLC are not eligible for reimbursement in the form of financial securities.
Members who donate $1,000 or more will get their names on a founders plaque that will be displayed at the entrance to the facility once it is constructed.
Members who donate $10,000 or more will get a lifetime premium membership to the facility once it is constructed.
