Membership Tiers for Early Adopters*

Free Membership

Access to the facility during normal operating hours for walk-in pay-to-play sessions ($10 per hour) on the designated open-play courts.
Inclusion in the Centre Court Pickleball Facility email list to receive news and updates.

Morning Membership

$40 per month

Access to the facility between the hours of 6 am and 3 pm on week days only.
Unlimited play time on the designated open-play courts.
Ability to make reservations for the courts designated for reservations only.
2 guest passes per month

Standard Membership

$50 per month

24/7 access
Unlimited play time on the designated open-play courts.
2 guest passes per month

Premium Membership

$90 per month

24/7 access
Unlimited play time on the four designated open-play courts.
Ability to make reservations for the courts designated for reservations only.
4 guest passes per month

Use of the Courts

The four courts closest to the entrance will be designated open-play courts. Any member can use these courts at any time as long as they are not currently being occupied. Standard courtesy rules for taking turns will be enforced so that everyone has an opportunity to play. Spectating teams will save their place in line using a paddle rack before taking a seat on the mezzanine to watch the action. Once a group finishes a game, they must vacate the court for the next team up. A typical pickleball game lasts for an average of 20 minutes. With four rotating courts, the average wait time for a court to open up is only 5 minutes.

The 6 courts furthest from the door are designated courts for reservations only. To see membership requirements to make reservations, please see the membership tiers above. Reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. A digital monitor at the entrance will indicate which courts are reserved and by whom for what time periods. Reservations will be available in 1.5 hour increments, and two courts will be available on each half hour. For example:

Courts 1-4 are for open play only.
Courts 5 and 6 are available for reservations at 4:00 pm, 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm, etc.
Courts 7 and 8 are available for reservations at 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:30 pm, etc.
Courts 9 and 10 are available for reservations at 5:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 8:00 pm, etc.

Any courts designated for reservations that are not reserved will join the open-play court rotation until the next active reservation.

Facility Access

Access to the facility will be available 24/7 for the designated paid-tier members only. Free-tier members and non-member walk-ins will be available during normal operating hours (to be determined). Paid-tier members will be provided with a swipe card, or a QR code on their phone to access the facility at any time. Paid-tier members may also grant access to free-tier members and non-members outside of normal operation hours by using one of their monthly guest passes.

Planned Programs

Centre Court Pickleball LLC plans to offer several programs to encourage community engagement. These programs include:

New player classes to learn the rules and basic strategy with other players of similar experience.
A single player signup feature where members can enter their name, estimated skill level, and available times to play, and they will be matched with other members looking to play at that time. Once a group of four players has been matched, they will all be notified and have the option to coordinate a time to meet for open play or make a reservation depending on their membership tier.
Pickleball leagues where members can enter as teams and have tournament style competitions with other members.
