The Centre Court Pickleball LLC team has construction industry experience with prefabricated metal buildings and indoor recreational facilities. Our team already has industry contacts ranging from design to construction to fit-out.
The current plan is to provide 10 courts within the Centre Court Pickleball LLC indoor facility. The plan below shows the proposed layout as well as some of the amenities that will be offered within the space. The floor will be concrete slab on grade with an acrylic surface. The roof and walls will be an insulated prefabricated metal building which will allow long clear spans over the courts while optimizing shop fabrication processes.
Amenities
The facility will be furnished with restrooms that feature floor to ceiling closed-stall bathrooms for privacy and ease of changing. Two benches will be available at each court for player's convenience. Above the utilitarian spaces at the front of the building will be an accessible mezzanine for watching games, waiting for courts to open, and socializing with other members.
Months 1-4: Raise the required funding. Learn more about this crowd funding endeavor by clicking here.
Month 5: Procure property and assemble the design team of architect, mechanical/electrical engineers, and structural engineer.
Months 6-7: Design the facility and submit for Zoning and Building Permits.
Months 8-12: Construct the facility and open to members.
